The Monofilament Division specializes in the research and development, production and sales of polymer monofilament (monofilament), covering an area of 36,000 square meters and a building area of 29,800 square meters.
It has introduced 61 spinning and post-processing production lines from South Korea, Germany, and Taiwan.
Products include polyester (PET, PBT, PPT), polyolefin (PE, PP), polyamide (PA6, PA12, PA66, PA1010), functional (flame retardant, antistatic, anti-UV, antibacterial), High performance category (PPS, PVDF, PEI, PEEK), the production capacity is the first in China.
There are 25 middle and senior technicians in this division. It has established close cooperation with Donghua University, Soochow University, and Nantong University. 17 projects, with 8 invention patents and 56 utility model patents
